SB214-SSA2-SA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB214-SSA2-SA5,1,2 1. Page 37, line 23: delete that line and substitute:

SB214-SSA2-SA5,1,4 "13m. In or on the grounds of a health care facility, as defined in s. 150.84 (2), unless all of the following apply:

SB214-SSA2-SA5,1,6 a. The individual is traveling directly to public or private lands that are open to hunting.

SB214-SSA2-SA5,1,8 b. The individual has the authorization of the health care facility, as defined in s. 150.84 (2), to traverse the grounds of the health care facility.

SB214-SSA2-SA5,1,9 c. If the weapon is a handgun, the handgun is not loaded.".
