SB214-SSA2-SA51,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB214-SSA2-SA51,1,2 21. Page 8, line 22: after that line insert:
SB214-SSA2-SA51,1,6 3"(ae) "Brandish" means to intentionally remove a concealed weapon from a
4holster or sheath in the presence of another individual, regardless of whether the
5weapon remains concealed, or to intentionally engage in any action that makes a
6concealed weapon clearly visible to another individual.".

SB214-SSA2-SA51,1,11 8"(ak) "Display," with respect to a license issued under this section or an
9out-of-state authorization, includes permitting the person to whom the license or
10out-of-state authorization is displayed to write down the name and the license or
11permit number that are on the license or out-of-state authorization.".
