SB214-SSA2-SA54,1,2 1. Page 22, line 20: after that line insert:

SB214-SSA2-SA54,1,4 "(4m) Course or class requirements. A firearm training or firearm safety course or class under sub. (3) (h) 2. to 5. shall include all of the following:

SB214-SSA2-SA54,1,5 (a) Instruction on how to handle, load, and unload handguns.

SB214-SSA2-SA54,1,6 (b) Instruction on how to care for, store, and clean handguns.

SB214-SSA2-SA54,1,7 (c) Instruction on firing a handgun.

SB214-SSA2-SA54,1,8 (d) Practice firing a handgun.

SB214-SSA2-SA54,1,10 (e) A proficiency test that the applicant must pass to complete the course or class that uses the handgun the applicant intends to carry.".
