SB227-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB227-SA3,1,6 1. Page 7, line 17: delete lines 17 to 19 and substitute "practice. (a) Within 30 days after the effective date of a final decision and order of a health care credentialing authority to take disciplinary action against a health care provider for unprofessional conduct, the department shall send written notice of the disciplinary action to all of the following:".

SB227-SA3,1,7 2. Page 13, line 13: delete lines 13 and 14 and substitute:

SB227-SA3,1,9 "(2m) The treatment of section 440.037 (5) of the statutes first applies to final decisions and orders that are effective on the effective date of this subsection.".
