SB230-AA1,1,3 " Section 3m. 252.15 (2) (a) 7. d. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB230-AA1,2,2 252.15 (2) (a) 7. d. The court is not required to order the individual to submit to a test under subd. 7. c. if the court finds substantial reason relating to the life or health of the individual not to do so and states the reason on the record. The court is not required to order the individual to submit to a test under subd. 7. c. if the individual is a minor, a parent of the minor objects to the test, and the person who was significantly exposed is a social worker or an employee of a school district, cooperative educational service agency, charter school, private school, the Wisconsin Educational Services Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, or the Wisconsin Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired who was significantly exposed while performing employment duties.".
