SB40-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "Ronald Reagan" and substitute "Tommy G. Thompson".

SB40-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " Ronald Reagan" and substitute "Tommy G. Thompson".

SB40-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 3: delete "Ronald Reagan Highway" and substitute "Tommy G. Thompson Highway.".

SB40-AA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 3: delete the material beginning with "in" and ending with "disease." on line 6.

SB40-AA1,1,11 5. Page 2, line 10: delete "Ronald Reagan" and substitute "Tommy G. Thompson".
