Page 2, line 6: after "to the" insert "people, for advisory purposes only, at a statewide referendum at the next general election to be held not earlier than 42 days after the date of submittal. The question submitted shall be: "Should the proposed Indian gaming compact between the State of Wisconsin and the .... [name of Indian tribe] be approved by the legislature?"
