SENATE AMENDMENT 21, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 41

SB41-SA21,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB41-SA21,1,2 1. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

SB41-SA21,1,3 " Section 2c. 14.035 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

SB41-SA21,1,5 14.035 (3) Forty percent of all moneys received by the state under any Indian gaming compact shall be deposited into the Indian gaming compact fund.

SB41-SA21, s. 2e Section 2e. 25.17 (1) (gs) of the statutes is created to read:

SB41-SA21,1,7 25.17 (1) (gs) Indian gaming compact fund (s. 25.467);

SB41-SA21, s. 2r Section 2r. 25.467 of the statutes is created to read:

SB41-SA21,2,2 25.467 Indian gaming compact fund. There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the Indian gaming compact fund, to consist of 40% of revenues received by the state under compacts entered into under s. 14.035. Moneys in the fund may be used only as provided under the compacts or any memorandum of understanding relating to the compacts, except that all moneys must be used for purposes within the geographic area in which is located any casino governed by the terms of the compact.".
