SB41-SA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB41-SA7,1,7 1. Page 2, line 10: after "renegotiation" insert "and the legislature shall notify the governor of the topics that need to be included in the renegotiated compacts, including, specifically, any topics related to coverage under the worker's compensation program and collective bargaining rights for individuals employed at Indian gaming casinos. The governor shall include in any renegotiated compact all of the topics specified by the legislature. ".
