SB41-SA8,1,3 " Section 2m. 14.035 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

SB41-SA8,1,6 14.035 (3) If the effect of the compact is to reduce or eliminate the amount of money a local unit of government receives from Indian gaming, the state shall indemnify the local unit of government for the amount reduced or eliminated.".
