SB44-AA29,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB44-AA29,1,4 1. Page 793, line 17: after that line, before the material inserted by senate amendment 121 to senate substitute amendment 1, insert:

SB44-AA29,1,5 " Section 1. 118.51 (5) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

SB44-AA29,1,9 118.51 (5) (d) Waiting list. The school board of a nonresident school district may create a waiting list for pupils who wish to attend school in the nonresident school district under this section. The department shall promulgate rules to implement and administer this paragraph.".
