SB44-AA32,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB44-AA32,1,3 1. Page 925, line 17: after that line insert:

SB44-AA32,1,4 " Section 2484g. 301.029 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB44-AA32,1,6 301.029 (title) Contracts requiring prisoner access to personal information or prisoner telemarketing.

SB44-AA32, s. 2484i Section 2484i. 301.029 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB44-AA32,1,12 301.029 (2) (a) The department may not enter into any contract or other agreement if, in the performance of the contract or agreement, a prisoner would perform data entry or telemarketing services and have access to an individual's financial transaction card numbers, checking or savings account numbers or social security number.

SB44-AA32,2,4 (b) The department may not enter into any contract or other agreement if, in the performance of the contract or agreement, a prisoner would perform data entry services or telemarketing services and have access to any information that may serve to identify a minor.

SB44-AA32, s. 2484k Section 2484k. 301.029 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

SB44-AA32,2,8 301.029 (3) The department may not enter into any contract or other agreement if, in the performance of the contract or agreement, a prisoner would perform telemarketing services.".
