SB44-AA37,1,9 "(1f) Appropriation of excess revenue. On September 15, 2004, the appropriation for the 2004-05 fiscal year to the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System under section 20.285 (1) (a) of the statutes, as affected by this act, is increased by the amount, if any, by which the actual net balance of the general fund for the 2003-04 fiscal year, as determined by the legislative fiscal bureau, exceeds $6,436,400.".
