SB44-AA48,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB44-AA48,1,3 1. Page 1154, line 15: after that line insert:

SB44-AA48,2,2 Enrolling instruction to legislative reference bureau. In enrolling this bill, the legislative reference bureau shall change the amounts of the estimated expenditures for "Compensation Reserves" shown in the schedule under section 20.005 (1) of the statutes to increase the amount shown for general purpose revenue by $6,660,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 and by $13,340,000 in fiscal year 2004-05; for program revenue by $5,115,400 in fiscal year 2003-04 and by $10,246,300 in fiscal year 2004-05; for federal revenue by $1,699,800 in fiscal year 2003-04 and by $3,404,800 in fiscal year 2004-05; and for segregated revenue by $1,026,900 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $2,056,800 in fiscal year 2004-05. The bureau shall not insert this instruction into the text of the enrolled bill.
