SB44-AA7,1,3 1. Page 463, line 2: delete lines 2 to 4 and substitute:

SB44-AA7,1,4 "(b) "Eligible party" means any of the following:

SB44-AA7,1,5 1. An employer, other than the state.

SB44-AA7,1,7 2. A person doing business or operating an organization in this state, including a self-employed individual.

SB44-AA7,1,9 3. An individual who is a resident of Wisconsin and does not have a health care coverage plan that covers prescription drugs.".
