SENATE AMENDMENT 10, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 44

SB44-SSA1-SA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB44-SSA1-SA10,1,4 1. Page 171, line 4: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by $50,500 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $57,700 to decrease funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

SB44-SSA1-SA10,1,7 2. Page 171, line 6: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by $229,700 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $968,300 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

SB44-SSA1-SA10,1,10 3. Page 171, line 8: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by $345,100 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $1,725,400 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

For aid payable for calendar year 2005 and for each calendar year thereafter, from the appropriation under s. 20.395 (1) (ht), the department shall pay $59,572,900 to the eligible applicant that pays the local contribution required under par. (b) 1. for an urban mass transit system that has annual operating expenses in excess of $80,000,000.".
