SB44-SSA1-SA102,1,9 16.53 (1) (d) 1. The secretary, with the approval of the joint committee on employment relations, shall fix the time, except as provided in ss. s. 106.21 (9) (c) and 106.215 (10) (c), and frequency for payment of salaries due elective and appointive officers and employees of the state. As determined under this subdivision, the salaries shall be paid either monthly, semimonthly or for each 2-week period.".
