SENATE AMENDMENT 118, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 44

SB44-SSA1-SA118,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB44-SSA1-SA118,1,4 1. Page 192, line 12: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by $1,500,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $1,500,000 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

SB44-SSA1-SA118,1,5 2. Page 498, line 25: after that line insert:

SB44-SSA1-SA118,1,6 " Section 1165g. 46.481 (7) of the statutes is created to read:

SB44-SSA1-SA118,1,9 46.481 (7) Summer Jobs Program. The department shall distribute $1,500,000 in each fiscal year as grants to the Milwaukee Social Development Commission to support a Summer Jobs Program provided by that organization.".
