Dental equipment. The amounts in the schedule for dental
6equipment at the North Central Technical College Health Center, as provided in
72003 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9149 (2e). No moneys may be expended or
8encumbered from this appropriation after June 30, 2004.".

(12e) Committee on dental services for Medical Assistance and Badger
11Care recipients. The secretary of health and family services shall, under section
115.04 (1) (c) of the statutes, appoint a committee to address the shortage of dental
2services available to recipients of Medical Assistance and Badger Care in Marathon,
3Oconto, Forest, Oneida, Vilas, and Florence counties. The committee shall include
4administrators of hospitals and providers of dental care that are located in
5Marathon, Oconto, Forest, Oneida, Vilas, and Florence counties, and the chairperson
6shall be the executive director of the Northern Health Center in Lakewood. By April
71, 2004, the committee shall report to the secretary on incentives for dentists to
8accept recipients of Medical Assistance and Badger Care as patients and on methods
9for obtaining new facilities or equipment to increase dental services provided to the
10recipients.".

(2e) Dental equipment. In the 2003-04 fiscal year, the technical college
13system board shall pay the amount appropriated under section 20.292 (1) (ds) of the
14statutes, as created by this act, to the North Central Technical College for dental
15equipment for its health center.".
