TO 2003 SENATE BILL 44

SB44-SSA1-SA33,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB44-SSA1-SA33,1,4 21. Page 211, line 15: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by
3$750,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $750,000 to
4increase funding for literacy grants.
SB44-SSA1-SA33,1,5 52. Page 510, line 4: delete lines 4 to 11 and substitute:
SB44-SSA1-SA33,1,9 6"49.169 (2) The department shall award not more than $1,404,100 $750,000

in grants to qualified applicants for the provision of literacy training
