SB44-SSA1-SA56,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB44-SSA1-SA56,1,2 1. Page 4, line 12: after that line insert:

SB44-SSA1-SA56,1,3 " Section 4m. 13.08 (5) of the statutes is created to read:

SB44-SSA1-SA56,1,6 13.08 (5) No allowance shall be paid under this section for any day after June 30 of odd-numbered years that the executive budget bill or bills introduced under s. 16.47 have not been messaged to the governor.".

SB44-SSA1-SA56,1,8 " Section 13m. 13.123 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB44-SSA1-SA56,2,2 13.123 (1) (b) No allowance shall be paid under this subsection for any day during a recess of the legislature for 30 days or more unless so provided by joint resolution adopted by both houses of the legislature. No allowance shall be paid under this subsection for any day after June 30 of odd-numbered years that the executive budget bill or bills introduced under s. 16.47 have not been messaged to the governor.".
