SB44-SSA1-SA58,1,2 21. Page 1079, line 21: after that line insert:
SB44-SSA1-SA58,2,2 3"(5c) Extraordinary session on campaign finance reform, state budget
4reform, and state government ethics reform.
The passage of this bill by both houses
5shall constitute the call of the legislature into extraordinary session. The business
6of the extraordinary session is limited to the adoption of campaign finance reform,
7state budget reform, and state government ethics reform. Notwithstanding section
81 (4) (a) of 2003 Senate Joint Resolution 1, the legislature may not finally adjourn
9the extraordinary session until enrolled bills that, collectively, accomplish campaign
10finance reform, state budget reform, and state government ethics reform have been
11passed by both houses. Notwithstanding section 1 (4) (c) of 2003 Senate Joint
12Resolution 1, the extraordinary session shall immediately reconvene solely for the

1consideration of executive vetoes or partial vetoes if an enrolled bill passed by both
2houses during the extraordinary session is vetoed or partially vetoed.".
