SB44-SSA1-SA58,2,2 "(5c) Extraordinary session on campaign finance reform, state budget reform, and state government ethics reform. The passage of this bill by both houses shall constitute the call of the legislature into extraordinary session. The business of the extraordinary session is limited to the adoption of campaign finance reform, state budget reform, and state government ethics reform. Notwithstanding section 1 (4) (a) of 2003 Senate Joint Resolution 1, the legislature may not finally adjourn the extraordinary session until enrolled bills that, collectively, accomplish campaign finance reform, state budget reform, and state government ethics reform have been passed by both houses. Notwithstanding section 1 (4) (c) of 2003 Senate Joint Resolution 1, the extraordinary session shall immediately reconvene solely for the consideration of executive vetoes or partial vetoes if an enrolled bill passed by both houses during the extraordinary session is vetoed or partially vetoed.".
