SENATE AMENDMENT 7, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 44

SB44-SSA1-SA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB44-SSA1-SA7,1,2 1. Page 125, line 13: delete "A" and substitute "S".

SB44-SSA1-SA7,1,6 2. Page 125, line 13: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by $4,233,145,900 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $4,257,545,900 to decrease funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

SB44-SSA1-SA7,1,7 3. Page 285, line 3: delete lines 3 to 9 and substitute:

SB44-SSA1-SA7,1,8 " Section 350c. 20.255 (2) (ac) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB44-SSA1-SA7,2,4 20.255 (2) (ac) General equalization aids. A sum sufficient for the payment of educational aids under ss. 121.08, 121.09, 121.095, and 121.105 and subch. VI of ch. 121 equal to $4,200,945,900 $4,355,945,900 in the 2002-03 2003-04 fiscal year, equal to the amount determined by law in the 2003-04 fiscal year and biennially thereafter, and equal to the amount determined by the joint committee on finance under s. 121.15 (3m) (c) in the 2004-05 fiscal year and biennially thereafter, and equal to the amount determined by law in the 2005-06 fiscal year and biennially thereafter.".
