SB44-SSA1-SA77,1,7 "(5k) Evaluation of contractual functions and activities. The legislative audit bureau shall identify and evaluate all functions and activities of state government that are performed under contract and identify those whose performance by state employees may lead to cost savings. The bureau shall, no later than June 30, 2004, file its report as described in section 13.94 (1) (b) of the statutes.".
