SB44-SSA1-SA87,1,9 79.096 Redistribution. Notwithstanding the distribution of payments described under this subchapter, in 2003 and subsequent years, the amount of all payments under this subchapter calculated for the city of Waukesha for the year shall be distributed to the cities of Milwaukee, Racine, and Sheboygan in proportion to their share of all payments under this subchapter for that year and the city of Waukesha shall receive no payments under this subchapter for that year.".
