SB44-SSA1-SA94,1,8 "(e) The limit otherwise applicable under sub. (2) for cities for the current fiscal year is increased by the percentage increase in the assessed value of taxable property in the city as compared to the previous fiscal year, but not more than the percentage increase in the consumer price index for all urban consumers, U.S. city average, as determined by the federal department of labor for the 12 months ending on the preceding June 30.

SB44-SSA1-SA94,2,2 (f) The limit otherwise applicable under sub. (2) for cities for the current fiscal year is increased by an amount equal to the amount of the increase in health care costs for city employees over the previous fiscal year, as determined by the governing body of the city.".
