SB44-SSA1-SA97,1,2 1. Page 705, line 1: delete lines 1 to 9 and substitute:

SB44-SSA1-SA97,1,9 "(j) "Poverty factor" means an amount determined by dividing the percentage of the municipality's population with an income at or below the poverty level, as determined in the 2000 federal decennial census, by a percentage equal to the product of 1.3 multiplied by the percentage of the state's population with an income at or below the poverty level, as determined in the 2000 federal decennial census, except that a poverty factor determined under this paragraph shall be no less than 1.0.".
