SB474-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB474-AA1,1,6 1. Page 5, line 2: delete the material beginning with "waive" and ending with "(2)" on line 3 and substitute "utilize the authority granted to the department under that subsection to adopt the procedures permitted under section 13.48 (19) of the statutes in lieu of the procedures required under section 16.855 (1), (2), and (14) (a)".
