SB474-AA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB474-AA2,1,4 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "Program" and substitute "Program and granting bonding authority".

SB474-AA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB474-AA2,1,7 " Section 1. 20.866 (2) (s) of the statutes, as affected by 2003 Wisconsin Act 33, is amended to read:

SB474-AA2,1,13 20.866 (2) (s) University of Wisconsin; academic facilities. From the capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient for the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System to acquire, construct, develop, enlarge or improve university academic educational facilities and facilities to support such facilities. The state may contract public debt in an amount not to exceed $1,107,898,000 $1,115,898,000 for this purpose.".
