SB489-AA1,1,7 "2m. "Fair market value" means, with respect to a terminated wholesaler's distribution rights to a discontinued brand of fermented malt beverages, the net profit from sales of the discontinued brand within the 12 months immediately preceding the date that the terminated wholesaler's agreement was terminated, cancelled, or not renewed, as described in subd. 4.".
