SB75-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB75-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: delete "by reason of issuing" and substitute "for the sole reason that the city, village, town, committee, official, or employee issued".

SB75-SA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 6: after "fireworks." insert "This subsection does not create immunity from civil liability for negligence, except for negligence in issuing a permit that authorizes the purchase, possession, or use of fireworks.".
