SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 82

SB82-SSA1-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB82-SSA1-SA2,1,3 1. Page 9, line 2: delete lines 2 and 3 and substitute "hearing. The department shall render its decision as soon as possible after the hearing and shall send".

SB82-SSA1-SA2,1,6 2. Page 12, line 24: delete lines 24 and 25 and substitute "hearing. The department shall render its decision as soon as possible after the hearing and shall send".

SB82-SSA1-SA2,1,8 3. Page 21, line 22: after "child" insert "and shall render a decision no later than 30 days after receipt of the request for review under subd. 1.".

SB82-SSA1-SA2,1,9 4. Page 33, line 19: delete "2004" and substitute "2005".
