Page 2, line 2: after "day." insert "The presiding officer may not order a member escorted out of the senate chamber before all members are given the opportunity to make points of order regarding all other potential senate rule violations surrounding the disturbance or conduct and the senate is given the opportunity to appeal any ruling of the presiding officer on the points of order.".
