Page 2, line 2: after "day." insert "If a presiding officer other than the president orders a member escorted out of the senate chamber, either all of the members of the majority party or all of the members of the minority party may order the presiding officer escorted out of the senate chamber if they determine that the presiding officer engaged in improper or unfair conduct.".
