SENATE AMENDMENT 3, TO 2003 SENATE RESOLUTION 21

SR21-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

SR21-SA3,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete that line and substitute:

SR21-SA3,1,4 " Section 1g. Senate rule 13 is renumbered senate rule 13 (1) and amended to read:".

SR21-SA3,1,5 2. Page 1, line 5: delete ". Disturbance in lobby." and substitute "(1)".

SR21-SA3,1,6 3. Page 1, line 10: delete " presiding officer" and substitute "president".

SR21-SA3,1,7 4. Page 2, line 1: delete " and prevent" and substitute ", and".

SR21-SA3,1,9 5. Page 2, line 2: after " chamber" insert "may be prevented, in the manner designated in sub. (2),".

SR21-SA3,1,10 6. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

SR21-SA3,1,11 " Section 1m. Senate rule 13 (2) is created to read:

SR21-SA3,2,2 Senate Rule 13 (2) The president, if authorized by a two-thirds vote of the members present, may order the sergeant at arms to prevent a member who has been escorted out of the senate chamber under sub. (1) from returning to the senate chamber for the remainder of the session day.".
