SENATE AMENDMENT 9, TO 2003 SENATE RESOLUTION 21

SR21-SA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

SR21-SA9,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete that line and substitute:

SR21-SA9,1,4 " Section 1g. Senate rule 13 is renumbered senate rule 13 (intro.) and amended to read:".

SR21-SA9,1,5 2. Page 1, line 5: before "Whenever" insert "(intro.)".

SR21-SA9,1,7 3. Page 2, line 2: after " day." insert "If the presiding officer orders a member escorted out of the senate chamber, until the member returns:".

SR21-SA9,1,8 4. Page 2, line 3: before that line insert:

SR21-SA9,1,9 " Section 1k. Senate rule 13 (1) to (3) are created to read:

SR21-SA9,1,10 Senate Rule 13 (1) The senate may not consider a change in the rules;

SR21-SA9,1,12 (2) The senate may not consider any business, other than that on a printed calendar for that day; and

SR21-SA9,2,1 (3) Notwithstanding rules 68, 76, 77, and 78, debate may not be limited.".
