SR3-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

SR3-SA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 21: after that line insert:

SR3-SA1,1,3 " Section 7d. Senate rule 4m is created to read:

SR3-SA1,1,10 Senate Rule 4m. No per diems after start of new fiscal biennium. Notwithstanding joint rule 85, the officers of the senate may not pay or reimburse or authorize the payment or reimbursement for members of per diems for attendance of members in Madison or mileage allowances for travel to Madison, under section 13.08 or 13.123 of the statutes or otherwise, for any day after June 30 of odd-numbered years that the executive budget bill or bills introduced under section 16.47 of the statutes have not been messaged to the governor.".
