ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 11, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-ASA1-AA11,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB100-ASA1-AA11,1,4 1. Page 88, line 4: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by $9,000,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $9,000,000 to decrease funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB100-ASA1-AA11,1,7 2. Page 89, line 3: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by $9,533,300 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $19,066,700 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB100-ASA1-AA11,1,10 3. Page 89, line 5: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by $6,000,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $6,000,000 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB100-ASA1-AA11,2,3 4. Page 99, line 1: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $11,431,600 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System by 120.0 GPR faculty positions.

(1) shall not be less than $250 during any one academic year, unless the joint committee on finance approves an adjustment in the amount of the minimum grant. Grants under sub. (1) shall not exceed $2,500 $3,000 during any one academic year. The board shall, by rule, establish a reporting system to periodically provide student economic data and shall promulgate other rules the board deems necessary to assure uniform administration of the program.".
