ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 35, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-ASA1-AA35,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB100-ASA1-AA35,1,4 1. Page 143, line 13: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by $1,007,300 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $1,180,800 for the purpose of funding rail passenger service.

AB100-ASA1-AA35,1,5 2. Page 995, line 12: after that line insert:

AB100-ASA1-AA35,1,9 "(4tk) Rail passenger service. The department of transportation shall allocate $1,454,500 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $2,203,500 in fiscal year 2006-07 from the moneys received under section 20.395 (2) (cx) of the statutes for rail passenger service.".
