AB100-ASA1-AA36,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB100-ASA1-AA36,1,4 1. Page 148, line 15: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by $30,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $30,000 for the purpose of funding highway maintenance, repair, and traffic operations.

AB100-ASA1-AA36,1,6 2. Page 279, line 21: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 280, line 8.

AB100-ASA1-AA36,1,7 3. Page 328, line 9: delete "$40,700,000" and substitute "$39,400,000".
