AB100-ASA1-AA38,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB100-ASA1-AA38,1,4 21. Page 88, line 4: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by
3$9,000,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $9,000,000 to
4decrease funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
AB100-ASA1-AA38,1,7 52. Page 89, line 3: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by
6$9,533,300 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $19,066,700 to
7increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
AB100-ASA1-AA38,1,10 83. Page 89, line 5: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by
9$6,000,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $6,000,000 to

5amount of the minimum grant. Grants under sub. (1) shall not exceed $2,500 $3,000
6during any one academic year. The board shall, by rule, establish a reporting system
7to periodically provide student economic data and shall promulgate other rules the
8board deems necessary to assure uniform administration of the program.".
