ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 49, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-ASA1-AA49,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB100-ASA1-AA49,1,3 1. Page 174, line 4: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by $75,000 to increase funding for the Walnut Way House neighborhood resource center.

AB100-ASA1-AA49,1,4 2. Page 294, line 10: after that line insert:

AB100-ASA1-AA49,1,5 " Section 330c. 20.435 (7) (bc) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB100-ASA1-AA49,2,10 20.435 (7) (bc) Grants for community programs. The amounts in the schedule for grants for community programs under s. 46.48 and for a grant under 2005 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9121 (16q). Notwithstanding ss. 20.001 (3) (a) and 20.002 (1), the department may transfer funds between fiscal years under this paragraph. Notwithstanding ss. 20.001 (3) (b) and 20.002 (1), the department of health and family services may credit or deposit into this appropriation funds for the purpose specified in s. 46.48 (13) that the department transfers from the appropriation under par. (bL) that are allocated by the department under that appropriation but unexpended or unencumbered on June 30 of each year. Except for amounts authorized to be carried forward under s. 46.48 and as otherwise provided in this paragraph, all funds allocated but not encumbered by December 31 of each year lapse to the general fund on the next January 1 unless carried forward to the next calendar year by the joint committee on finance. Notwithstanding ss. 20.001 (3) (a) and 20.002 (1), the department shall transfer from this appropriation account to the appropriation account for the department of workforce development under s. 20.445 (3) (dz) funds allocated by the department under s. 46.48 (30) but unexpended on June 30 of each year.

AB100-ASA1-AA49, s. 330d Section 330d. 20.435 (7) (bc) of the statutes, as affected by 2005 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is amended to read:

AB100-ASA1-AA49,3,4 20.435 (7) (bc) Grants for community programs. The amounts in the schedule for grants for community programs under s. 46.48 and for a grant under 2005 Wisconsin Act ....
