AB100-SA10,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:
AB100-SA10,1,4 21. Page 223, line 6: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by
3$291,700 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2006-07 by $398,000 to
4increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.
AB100-SA10,1,5 52. Page 912, line 13: after that line insert:
AB100-SA10,1,6 6" Section 2452m. 885.38 (3) (a) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB100-SA10,1,127 885.38 (3) (a) (intro.) In criminal proceedings and in proceedings under ch. 48,

If the court determines that the person has limited English
9proficiency and that an interpreter is necessary, the court shall advise the person
10that he or she has the right to a qualified interpreter and that, if the person cannot
