AB100-SA11,1,3 " Section 2192f. 285.27 (5) of the statutes is created to read:

AB100-SA11,1,7 285.27 (5) Mercury emission standards. Notwithstanding subs. (1) (a), (2) (a), and (4), the department may not alter a state emission standard for mercury to make it consistent with a federal emission standard for mercury that is less restrictive in terms of emission limitations than the state emission standard.".
