AB100-SA24,1,8 46.983 Children's long-term care waivers. Counties may use unspent funds allocated by the department for the program under 2003 Wisconsin Act 33, section 9124 (8c), to provide one-time services under s. 46.985 or 2001 Wisconsin Act 16, section 9123 (16rs), to children who are on a waiting list to receive services under s. 46.985 or 2001 Wisconsin Act 16, section 9123 (16rs).".
