AB100-SA42,1,9 16.40 (24m) Korean War Veterans Memorial. From the appropriation under s. 20.505 (1) (fg), provide a grant to the village of Plover to be used for improvements of the Korean War Veterans Memorial. Before awarding the grant, the secretary shall determine that the Korean War Veterans Memorial Association of Wisconsin has secured additional funding commitments of at least $150,000 from private revenue sources for the improvements.".
