SENATE AMENDMENT 46, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-SA46,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB100-SA46,1,4 1. Page 148, line 2: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by $38,000,000 for the purpose of reducing funding for preliminary work for the Zoo interchange-USH 45 reconstruction project.

AB100-SA46,1,5 2. Page 726, line 17: after that line insert:

AB100-SA46,1,6 " Section 1700m. 78.23 of the statutes is created to read:

AB100-SA46,1,10 78.23 Motor vehicle fuel tax holiday. During the period beginning on July 1, 2006, and ending on September 4, 2006, the department shall reduce the rate of the tax imposed under s. 78.01 so that the total reduction in motor vehicle fuel tax receipts for that period is approximately $38,000,000.".
