ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 1003

AB1003-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1003-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: delete "Section 1" and substitute "Section 1c".

AB1003-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB1003-AA1,1,4 " Section 1g. 234.91 (2) (f) of the statutes is repealed.

AB1003-AA1, s. 1r Section 1r. 234.91 (2) (g) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1003-AA1,1,9 234.91 (2) (g) Loan proceeds are not used to refinance existing debt, for entertainment expenses, or for expenses related to a community-based residential facility, except that loan proceeds may be used to refinance existing debt if the borrower also expands an existing business.".

AB1003-AA1,1,10 3. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB1003-AA1,1,11 " Section 4m. Initial applicability.

AB1003-AA1,2,2 (1) This act first applies to loan guarantees for which application is made on the effective date of this subsection.".
