AB1029-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1029-AA3,1,3 1. Page 5, line 6: delete the material beginning with "The department" and ending with "point." on line 7.

AB1029-AA3,1,4 2. Page 6, line 3: after that line insert:

AB1029-AA3,1,6 "(em) The department may not charge a fee for registering a contact point, except that the department may charge a fee for the following:

AB1029-AA3,1,7 1. Registering more than 10 contact points per household.

AB1029-AA3,1,9 2. Making excessive modifications to registered contact points, as determined by the department.".
