AB105-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB105-AA5,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "information and fiscal".

AB105-AA5,1,4 2. Page 1, line 4: delete "estimate cost mitigation analyses," and substitute "information,".

AB105-AA5,1,6 3. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 12.

AB105-AA5,1,7 4. Page 3, line 15: delete "or" and substitute "or and".

AB105-AA5,2,2 5. Page 4, line 1: delete " agreement." and substitute "agreement. The rules shall require the cost-benefit analyses to include consideration of all relevant costs including salaries and benefits, materials, inspections, unemployment insurance, transitional costs, liability insurance, overhead, facility costs, taxes, and other incidental costs. The rules shall also specify the appropriate time intervals for conducting periodic reviews under this subsection.".
